for what it's worth i had the same problem. Even though the code had been working for a while, when I made some more changes, started getting the error you mention.
Found that deleting 'spaces' at the start of the code lines and re-entering some spaces cured it. It can be a really boring task if you have a lot of lines of code but you can see your progress on each compile !
I'm guessing the editor screws up tabs sometimes even though you have tabs set to spaces in the properties...
Seems ok if you let the editor do the formatting?
